We’ll ask you to complete a ‘Passport to view’ before we can confirm a viewing appointment. You need to have viewed a property before making an Application. We let properties for hundreds of landlords and most landlords ask us to manage their property for them. Ensuring the safety and protection of our tenants is of huge importance to us. Every property is certified for energy performance, electric and gas, where applicable. Copies of certifications are provided to you electronically.
As a tenant, you should consider insuring your personal possessions. We strongly recommend that any Tenant’s Insurance policy you take out also includes cover for accidental damage to the landlord’s property (for example, an iron burn or red wine stain on a carpet). Our Applications Team can help you with this.
