From beginning of sale to completion, my experience of Paul Carr Estate Agents was a positive one. I admit I had trepidation but that was unwarranted. The staff were not only pleasant but very professional; from the branch manager Laurence Bond (who seems to have an incredible knowledge of the area) sales team to the receptionist. They were very accommodating and certainly ensure things went smoothly. Another important point, they also kept me informed at every step of the way, which was good.

From the first viewing to completion these estate agents were absolutely fantastic!. Initially Julie Coles at the Kingstanding branch who was professional, empathetic & very knowledgeable giving us guidance & support when considering an offer. Then Steve Martin , the sales progressor. What can I say this guy is phenomenal ! He went way beyond the call of duty ! ts a very stressful time and without his support, timely response & sheer hard work I think we still would not be at completion.
Both these staff members were always on the ball & nothing was too much trouble! I would recommend them to anyone and only wish other companies had their customer service and work ethic! Thank you very much indeed !

Absolutely excellent service from Lawrence and the Team at the Kingstanding branch. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their house. Lawrence knows the area and market really well. The process of arranging viewing and agreeing an offer was was smooth and the team provided expert advice.
