I contacted with couple EA to buying our first home. Paul Carr was very helpful, professional, always communicated with us regularly and supportive all our enquires. Most of EA very pushy to use their solicitor or other services, but Paul Carr are not offering their extra service but also accepted when I mentioned we already has solicitor. I highly recommended them and their services.

Professional, proactive, effective. All estate agents are not the same. We had previously had the house on with another local agent addressing the same market and had been woefully disappointed in their performance. Paul Carr may charge a little more than some but they have been so very worth the extra. From assessing the value correctly, to how to market it, to getting potential buyers through door, and then the parts the other agent never reached: navigating having offers to accepting one of them, and then supporting us and the buyer through what transpired to be a somewhat tortuous conveyancing process: it was chalk and cheese compared to the previous agents, and worth every penny of their commission; they really worked it at every stage. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending unreservedly.
