We spent 12 months trying to sell our house with a well-known local estate agent and unfortunately saw very little progress. We decided to switch to Paul Carr Estate Agents and spoke with Laurence at the Kingstanding branch. During our first conversation he explained the strategy they would use and confidently said they would aim to generate around 20–25 viewings, attract several offers, and hopefully sell the property within six weeks. Naturally, after our previous experience, we were a little sceptical. However, that is exactly what happened. The difference in approach, communication and professionalism compared with our previous agent was remarkable. The whole process felt organised, proactive and well managed from start to finish. It is easy to see why Paul Carr sell so many properties. In hindsight, we only wish we had chosen them from the beginning. The team at the Kingstanding branch were excellent throughout, and we are extremely grateful for their support and hard work in helping us successfully sell our home.
