Our experience with Paul Carr was a bit of a roller coaster, with its ups and downs. Initially, we had the pleasure of working with Alexandria and Nicole from the Hamstead branch. They were fantastic—showing us around the property and patiently addressing all our questions and concerns. Once our offer was accepted, we were handed over to the sales progressor - Lesley. Unfortunately, this is where things started to go downhill. The agent we dealt with was overly pushy and unwilling to explain things properly, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. After voicing our concerns, I was fortunate to be connected with Carrie Jahn. Although this wasn't her specific area of responsibility, she stepped in and went above and beyond to address my issues and ensure the sale was back on track. Without her help, I doubt I'd be writing this review in such a positive tone. Thank you, Alexandria, Nicole and Carrie, for your professionalism and dedication in helping us find our first home!
