Tom and Sharron were amazing during the recent sale of my mother’s house in Walmley. Two very sensible and pragmatic guides through the process. Extra praise to Tom for constantly being on top of things and coming up with some really innovative ideas to find the right buyer and get them to completion. Can’t praise them enough. Tom and Sharron‘s work is even more starkly praiseworthy when viewed in comparison to the totally useless bunch I was originally dealing with next door at Green and Co - Green and Co were sleepy and totally unproactive - Tom and Sharron at Paul Carr were the complete opposite - hard to believe they’re based in the same village. Take my advice - use Paul Carr and avoid Green and Co if you want to sell in Walmley!

Paul Carr estate agents were very professional, But grace cotterill the sales progressor was outstanding. she kept me up to date every step of the way even when we were abroad on holiday.
