Throughout what could possibly have been the most complicated, stressful and unpredictable chains any of us could have anticipated - Paul Carr stayed strong. The team were great, pushing hard under our constant pressure to sell the house. Once the sale had progressed we must make special mention to Grace, who took ownership of the sale with a view to progressing through to completion. Grace was rigorous, on the case of all parties at all times, often going above and beyond - feeling like she was as emotionally invested in our sale as we were. We would absolutely use Paul Carr again, and would specifically request Grace to progress the sale!

Paul Carr Estate Agents were brilliant when I instructed them to deal with the sale of my parents house following my mother's death. Jack Yapp quickly atrranged an appointment and recommended how the house should be prepared marketing. Michelle Hiley from the Aldridge office was helpful throughout and always returned my calls she was unavailable when I telephoned. She also recommended Clearance Agents when a quick sale was agreed.
