Huge thank you to all at Paul Carr Great Wyrley (especially Simon and Emma). Got our house on the market in no time at all and we sold in 9 DAYS. The whole process took 13 weeks from sale to completion. Could not fault anything at all. We are very sad we didn’t experience purchasing through them, as the house we purchased was with a different estate agent (with no where near as good service) however while we were looking we had constant updates on potential properties.

I can't thank the PC Four Oaks team enough, I had a particularly difficult situation with a sale and Lucy and the rest of the team were so very patient, kind and professional through the entire process. The first potential buyer was not a pleasant character and when he tried to bully us in to changing the original agreement made ( which we rejected) he then went on to blame everyone but himself. He was particularly unkind to Lucy and the team for no reason and seemed to direct his frustrations outwardly rather than being reflective about his own behaviour. Lucy and the team remained professional, courteous and upstanding to genuine business ethics throughout the entire situation, then quietly went on to find me another buyer who did behave ethically and fairly. But the real thanks goes to Lucy and the team they were kind and helpful throughout the process... give them a go I am sure you won't regret it.

"Selling a house is naturally a stressful time, and I did face lots of hold-ups along the way. However, everything was incredibly well managed, and Jacquie fought tirelessly to keep the process moving forward. From day one, she clearly explained every single step so I always knew what to expect. She and the team at Paul Carr kept me completely up to date the whole time and were constantly chasing the solicitors to get things over the line.
