More importantly, once we had sold and had another accepted, the customer service team provided regular updates regarding the progress in the sales chain, so any issues could be dealt with immediately and the risk of the sale falling apart minimised. 3 days later it was up on the website and we had viewings and the house sold that day! Such amazing service. The agents handled everything. Sophie and Natalie were amazing with their communication to us and I felt I could easily contact them about anything. They helped with organising everything and offered advice when needed.
The whole team know exactly what they’re doing and are amazing at their job. We have already recommended them to friends who have requested a valuation.
