From the moment we met Ian and Kevin they completely understood that this was more than a of simply accepting the highest offer. They genuinely appreciated that this was also a really emotional sale us, which we felt was respected by everyone at Paul Carr throughout. As soon as the property went 'live' there was an impressive amount of interest and a sale was quickly agreed. Sam handled the day to day management of the process and she kept us up to date as things progressed (unlike our Solicitors, from whom we heard almost nothing).
