We chose them not because they gave the highest valuation but because after Katy Syborn viewing the property, she gave us confidence Paul Carr would sell the property, and they did. From Kiran arranging marketing that was real and reflected the property, to Jonathan and the rest of the team doing viewings we accepted an offer within about 6 weeks. Which was fantastic as we had been listed with another agent for 20 weeks and had only one viewing. The attention to detail was very good and we were kept informed every week by the lovely Grace, who phoned me to give an update, which kept us from wondering what was going on and really made a huge difference. I honestly couldn't recommend Paul Carr Estate Agents in Four Oaks highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely fantastic.
A special mention has to go to Bev, who was simply brilliant throughout the entire process. She is genuinely one of the loveliest people I've ever met, and her warmth, professionalism and dedication made the whole experience so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to help us sell our house.
I'd also like to mention Lucy, who was always incredibly pleasant and helpful whenever we spoke on the phone.
Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear just how hard the team worked behind the scenes to get our house sold. We always felt well looked after, kept informed and confident that they were doing everything they could for us.

We recently sold and purchased via Paul Carr, Mere Green branch and couldn’t fault the service. From the outset, the staff listened to us, worked with us and were proactive in their approach. More importantly, once we had sold and had another accepted, the customer service team provided regular updates regarding the progress in the sales chain, so any issues could be dealt with immediately and the risk of the sale falling apart minimised. 3 days later it was up on the website and we had viewings and the house sold that day! Such amazing service. The agents handled everything. Sophie and Natalie were amazing with their communication to us and I felt I could easily contact them about anything. They helped with organising everything and offered advice when needed.
The whole team know exactly what they’re doing and are amazing at their job. We have already recommended them to friends who have requested a valuation.
