Throughout what could possibly have been the most complicated, stressful and unpredictable chains any of us could have anticipated - Paul Carr stayed strong. The team were great, pushing hard under our constant pressure to sell the house. Once the sale had progressed we must make special mention to Grace, who took ownership of the sale with a view to progressing through to completion. Grace was rigorous, on the case of all parties at all times, often going above and beyond - feeling like she was as emotionally invested in our sale as we were. We would absolutely use Paul Carr again, and would specifically request Grace to progress the sale!

We’re still looking for the right property, but the service and communication we’ve received so far have been excellent. You can see why a couple of estate agents in particular dominate the market in Sutton Coldfield, with Paul Carr being one of them. Hopefully we’ll find the right one soon!Kunal
