I cannot recommend Paul Carr Exclusive & Rural Homes highly enough. From the very beginning, the service we received when selling our bungalow on an exclusive private estate was exceptional.
The quality of the photography and videography was outstanding and really showcased our property at its very best. Rob’s approach to marketing was first-class, and his communication throughout the process was excellent. We always felt informed, valued and confident that everything was being handled professionally.
What really sets this team apart, however, is the service once a sale has been agreed. They genuinely went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure everything progressed smoothly.
A special mention must go to Rob for his fantastic marketing, professionalism and communication, and to Grace, whose dedication, persistence and hard work in getting the sale over the line were absolutely superb. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

We interviewed a couple of estate agents in Sutton Coldfield before deciding on Paul Carr. We chose them not because they gave the highest valuation but because after Katy Syborn viewing the property, she gave us confidence Paul Carr would sell the property, and they did. From Kiran arranging marketing that was real and reflected the property, to Jonathan and the rest of the team doing viewings we accepted an offer within about 6 weeks. Which was fantastic as we had been listed with another agent for 20 weeks and had only one viewing. The attention to detail was very good and we were kept informed every week by the lovely Grace, who phoned me to give an update, which kept us from wondering what was going on and really made a huge difference. I honestly couldn't recommend Paul Carr Estate Agents in Four Oaks highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely fantastic.
A special mention has to go to Bev, who was simply brilliant throughout the entire process. She is genuinely one of the loveliest people I've ever met, and her warmth, professionalism and dedication made the whole experience so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to help us sell our house.
I'd also like to mention Lucy, who was always incredibly pleasant and helpful whenever we spoke on the phone.
Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear just how hard the team worked behind the scenes to get our house sold. We always felt well looked after, kept informed and confident that they were doing everything they could for us.
