Having originally met up with Lisa Swinnerton she assessed my flat for rental and i found her very professional and very knowledgable and she put me on the right track, explaining about some upgrades / modifications i needed to make to the property to bring it in line with current regulations. Having taken her advice and made the necessary changes Lisa then advised me of the current market rental values and despite a slight blip part way through marketing my flat, where there was a suggestion of reducing the rental cost, the Paul Carr team ultimately managed to get the original agreed monthly rent of £625 which i was very satisfied with. Communication throughout the process with the whole of the Paul Carr team has been excellent, whether that be by phone or email. They have continually kept me up to date with ongoing viewings and feedback from potential clients without me having to chase them which was much appreciated.
