We engaged Paul Carr to sell our house following a very impressive initial survey and chat with branch manager, Luke Jones. Unlike other estate agents who were full of self promotion, Luke had a very relaxed approach, listening to and checking his understanding of our requirements. The subsequent listing was very detailed, highlighting the key features of our property, resulting in a very quick sale at the asking price. For a number of reasons (which were not the fault of Paul Carr), the transaction took a lot longer than expected to complete, however we were kept fully informed throughout by Bonnie and her colleagues.
