We are therefore proud to announce the promotion of both Chris Wragg and Georgina Guest to their new roles as Area Managers within the business.

Chris Wragg

Chris Wragg, currently the senior manager at our Aldridge branch has worked for Paul Carr Estate Agents for over 9 years and brings a wealth of experience within the marketplace of Walsall and Aldridge. Aldridge Sales & Lettings was the first branch opened by Paul Carr some 41 years ago and remains our flagship office.

Chris is looking forward in further expanding our market reach within the borough of Walsall into Bloxwich, Pelsall, North Walsall and beyond. Working with the teams within his branch his aim is to ensure we retain our leading position as the number 1 estate agency in the Walsall borough.

Georgina Guest

Georgina Guest, currently the senior branch manager at our Walmley office, joined the company 10 years ago and has progressed from working as a part time sales negotiator, to valuer, subsequently promoted to branch manager and most recently in 2019 senior manager.

Georgina is looking forward to consolidating her position as the number 1 estate agency within the Walmley market and working with the branch managers in her area to increase our dominance as the leading estate agency within Sutton Coldfield and North Birmingham.
