Residential Lettings Administrator

Based at our Streetly branch, this varied and interesting role will provide administrative support to the Lettings team, to ensure the efficient processing of tenancies, accurate record keeping and ensure a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants. 

Hours of work: 9am – 5.30pm 4 or 5 days a week.

Key tasks include 

Maintaining accurate property and applicant records

Handle incoming enquiries inc. inbox and direct them to the appropriate team member

Upload and manage property listings on portals

Coordinate and schedule property viewings

Support the lettings team with general administrative tasks

Prepare and issue tenancy documentation

Progress references, Right to Rent checks, and compliance paperwork

Liaise with tenants, landlords, and third-party providers for administrative matters

Monitor and manage tenancy progression to ensure deadlines are met
