Paul Carr Lettings are currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our busy residential lettings team based in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield for the position of Residential Lettings Valuer.

The department is going from strength to strength and we are recruiting to support the current team in order to drive and progress the department further. With clear expansion plans ensuring the continued growth of our market share through quality new instructions , this varied position offers excellent career potential for the successful applicant.

Responsible for new business generation and the appraisal of potential new instructions and associated duties for marketing you will have a proven track record of success within the world of lettings and bringing new business to the market.

A determination to be successful with a focused ‘can do’ attitude is required for this demanding role in what is an ever-competitive environment. You will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, professional, genuinely interested in people and committed to delivering first class customer service.

Previous lettings valuation experience and business generation is essential.

Access to your own car is essential. The position is fulltime and requires some Saturday working, with time off in lieu.

ARLA qualified would be desirable, but not essential.
